Honours Project
The main objective of this research dissertation is to find out which method will be most beneficial to both students and staff on Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) campus either poster design or motion graphic videos for the use in the branding of the brand new GCU food waste sustainability system via Klimato. This will begin during the academic year 2023/24. Both students and staff at GCU will be involved with the research in this dissertation and will be heavily involved in the design decisions along the way. The new initiative allows GCU to be shown as a forward thinking university and it allows the university to be part of the United Nations world climate change goals. The goal this dissertation will help brand via the new food waste sustainability initiative the most will be ‘Responsible Consumption and Production’. Target 12.3 ‘Halve Global Per Capita Food Waste by 2030’.
